If you want to request refunds in Crowdfundly, first make sure that the campaign has the refund option enabled. Some campaigns do not turn on the refund option on their campaigns and some allow a refund only after a certain number of days after your contribution. So, before contributing, check if that campaign allows refunds or not.
Afterwards, follow these instructions below.
Step 1: First, sign in to your contributor account in Crowdfundly. Your profile dashboard will open. There you can see all your contributions, shares at a glance.
Step 2: Select the ‘Contribution’ tab from your profile dashboard. There you will find your contributions to different campaigns in detail. Click the ‘Gear icon’ of the contribution you wish to request refunds for.
After clicking the ‘Request Refund’ button, a popup will appear. There briefly mention why you want to request the refund and click the ‘Submit’ button. Your refund request will successfully send to the campaign fundraisers.
