Crowdfundly allows you to enable and set escrow duration if you have an Enterprise Plan. This will allow you to manage your funds in a more secured way, and also allow you to configure the refund settings for your campaigns. Escrow system is only available for Enterprise plan.

Step 1: Configure Crowdfunding Settings #
From your Crowdfundly dashboard, head over to your organization account. Then click on the ‘Settings‘ tab as shown below.
Step 2: Enable And Set Escrow Duration #
You will be taken to a new page where you have to click on the ‘Crowdfunding’ option. Here, you can toggle to turn on the escrow option and enter your escrow duration. Make sure to save your changes when you are done.
