You can set a thank you message for contributors in each of your campaigns in Crowdfundly. It will help you to express gratitude towards the contributors.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set a ‘thank you message’ for contributors in Crowdfundly.
Step 1: Configure Your Campaign Settings #
Sign in to your organization account in Crowdfundly and head over to your dashboard. From there, select the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
You will be redirected to ‘Campaign’ page. All your active, rejected, and pending campaigns will be shown there.
Click on the blue ‘Gear Icon’ of the campaign you want to set the message for and select ‘Manage’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Add Your ‘Thank You Message’ #
You will be redirected to the ‘Campaign Management’ page for that specific campaign. From here, select the ‘Thank You Message’ tab from the left-sidebar as shown below.
Now add a warm message for contributors who donate to your campaigns, and click on the ‘Save Message’ button. Your message will be successfully saved.
By following these simple steps, you can set a message thanking your contributors for their support in Crowfundly. Whenever anyone contributes to your campaigns, this message will be shown to them.
